1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Heavy Crypto University (the “Site”, “we”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who we are
Heavy Crypto University provides digital educational content, downloadable chart‑analysis tools/indicators, and optional coaching/mentorship services delivered online.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to purchase.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Products, Licensing & Use
Digital products are licensed to you for personal, non‑transferable use. Resale, sharing, repackaging, or public posting is prohibited.
Coaching/mentorship is educational in nature and not financial or investment advice.
We may update products to improve functionality; access terms will remain substantially similar.
6. Pricing, Taxes & Currency
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be collected at checkout by us or our payment/merchant‑of‑record partners (e.g., Lemon Squeezy). You are responsible for any additional bank/forex fees.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by trusted third parties (e.g., card processors, wallets, or a merchant of record). Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies. We do not store full card details on our servers.
8. Delivery & Access
Digital items are delivered immediately after successful payment via on‑screen confirmation, email receipt, and/or My Account → Downloads. If you do not receive access within 15 minutes, contact support with your order ID.
9. Refunds
See our Refund Policy below. Where purchases were processed by a merchant of record, refunds may be issued through that partner subject to their rules.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) copy, redistribute, or publicly share our content or license keys; (b) use our materials to provide paid “signals,” copy‑trading, or investment services; (c) reverse engineer or attempt to bypass access controls; or (d) use the Site in any unlawful manner.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software are owned by Heavy Crypto University or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
12. Educational & Risk Disclaimer
Our products are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee profits or performance. Markets involve risk, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions. See the full Disclaimer below.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heavy Crypto University will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or products.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heavy Crypto University and its operators from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or suspected abuse. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease use of our materials.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Venue and jurisdiction will lie in South African courts, without regard to conflicts of law.
