Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.

4) Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing

Prices are shown at checkout and may change.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5) License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased content.
Do not share, resell, scrape, or distribute our content or signals.
No reverse-engineering of proprietary tools/indicators.

6) User Content

You keep ownership of content you post, but grant HCU a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. Do not post illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy. These rules keep things fair for students and authors.

1) Courses & Programs

First purchase guarantee: Request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you’ve completed less than 20% of the course.
Subsequent course purchases are refundable within 7 days if progress is < 10%.
Certification fees and exam re-takes are non-refundable once started.

2) Tools, Signals & Downloads

Because access is delivered instantly, tools/indicators/signal subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and retain access until your period ends.

3) Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from My Account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; no partial refunds for unused time.

4) How to request

Email support@heavycryptouniversity.online with:

Order ID, account email, product name, reason, and (for courses) your progress screenshot.
We typically respond within 24–48 business hours. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5) Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6) Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, policy abuse, or fraud.
